Dear Customer, We understand your point of view and agree that an effective charging schedule must take your electricity tariffs and actual energy consumption into account. The diagnostics of both Venus A units show no faults, and your system is currently operating in manual mode >> To suggest a more suitable charging schedule, we need to know your exact off-peak electricity hours, your heat pump’s energy consumption, and your energy requirements around 6:00 p.m. In the meantime, you can continue charging your batteries manually during the cheapest electricity hours. We remain at your entire disposal for any further information. Best regards,
